The price you see below is the price you pay.
All services excluding Rubbish Clearance will need a deposit payment of £30 prior to the job commencing.
Rubbish Clearance will need 100% payment upfront at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the job due to waste station costs.
Please note: Rubbish Clearance – Quotes are based on items at Ground level – If any stairs need to be used to clear rubbish or we have to come in and retrieve large items I.E sofa’s then an additional fee of £20 p/h (For 1 person) & £35 p/h (For 2 People) will need to be added to the total bill.
We also do not take the following items, Hazardous, Toxic, Rubble & Concrete, Building Waste, Asbestos, Paint With Liquid.
