All services​ excluding Rubbish Clearance will ​need a deposit payment of £30 prior to the job commencing.

Rubbish Clearance will need 100% payment upfront at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the job due to waste station costs.

Please note: Rubbish Clearance – Quotes are based on items at Ground level – If any stairs need to be used to clear rubbish or we have to come in and retrieve large items I.E sofa’s then an additional fee of £20 p/h (For 1 person) & £35 p/h (For 2 People) will need to be added to the total bill.

Removals

Monday – Friday (Minimum 1 hour)

1 Man From £40 p/hr

2 Men From £70 p/hr


Saturday & Sunday (Minimum 2 hour)

1 Man From £60 p/hr

2 Men From £85 p/hr


Entering the congestion zone Monday to Friday (additional £12.00)

Please note: Travel cost excluded from the hourly rate.

A £30 booking fee is required on all services immediately on booking.

Set prices based on an 6hr day, then hourly rate charged accordingly for 1 man (£40 p/h) or 2 men (£70 p/h).

* Weekdays & Weekends past 6pm will be charged at weekend / emergency rates (ph)

Any goods requiring clearance will need to be easily accessible for us to remove, either placed by the property’s front door or outside of the property covered in case of rain.

If we have to remove goods by entering the property even at ground level a charge will be added.

Items below are charged at an additional cost to load prices:

Domestic Fridge / Freezer (Per Unit) From: £60 Small – £80 Large

Washing Machine (Per Unit) From: £50

Removal and disposal of Safes or Security boxes – £50 additional cost


“Wet” is based on items left outside and exposed to the rain at some point causing items to become much heavier on the scales.

“Dry” helps keep the price down. Cover the items at all times or store them inside.

Household / Domestic / Green Waste

Set prices based on how much of the van is used.

Prices include:

  • Labour
  • Transport
  • Waste Station Fees

We also do not take the following items, Hazardous, Toxic, Rubble & Concrete, Building Waste, Asbestos, Paint With Liquid.
