“Wet” is based on items left outside and exposed to the rain at some point causing items to become much heavier on the scales.
“Dry” helps keep the price down. Cover the items at all times or store them inside.
Any goods requiring clearance will need to be easily accessible for us to remove, either placed by the property’s front door or outside of the property covered in case of rain.
If we have to remove goods by entering the property even at ground level a charge will be added.
Items below are charged at an additional cost to load prices:

All bookings and payments must be made at least 24hrs in advance of Wednesdays.
All services excluding Rubbish Clearance will need a 50% deposit prior to the job commencing.
Rubbish Clearance will need 100% payment upfront at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the job due to waste station costs.
Please note: Rubbish Clearance – Any retrieval costs are an additional fee of £40p/h (1 man) & £60p/h (2 men) will need to be added to the total bill.

This service is only available every Wednesday and bookings must be done at least 24hrs before each Wednesday.
Payments must be made in full at least 24hrs before the booking date.
Collections and deliveries are door to door, items will be collected from and delivered to ground floors, if you need us to enter a property a 1hr labour charge will be added.
