Office Clearance Prices
Prices for office clearances and shop clearances are based on Weight and Volume.
Labour is then charged on top at £60 p/h (For 2 People) which will be added to the total bill.

Mattresses – £20 each + labour – Only available as part of a 1/4 load or above.

Congestion Zone & ULEZ Charges:
Entering the congestion zone and the new London ULEZ charges.
Parking / Dispensation Charges:
A parking dispensation may be required to allow us to park on double yellow / red lines etc – To be completed by the customer. This must be done at least 3 days prior.
Note: If this is not done and any parking fines incurred will be added to the bill.

Payments
Office, Shop and other business clearances will need a 50% deposit prior to the job commencing. The remaining balance will then need to be paid via direct debit or cash on the day.
Rubbish Clearance will need 100% payment upfront at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the job due to waste station costs.
