All services excluding Rubbish Clearance will need a 50% deposit prior to the job commencing.
Rubbish Clearance will need 100% payment upfront at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the job due to waste station costs.
Please note: Rubbish Clearance – Any retrieval costs are an additional fee of £35 p/h (For 1 person) & £50 p/h (For 2 People) will need to be added to the total bill.
